Sketchbook: V&A Sculpture Room

The Story

Lets sketch in the sculpture room at the V&A South Kensington I love this set of rooms, there's tonnes of amazing sculptures here. Sculptures act as such effective life drawing models cus they don't move! If anyone wishes to sketch any other part of the museum they are of course welcome to. We will meet outside the main entrance on Cromwell Road at 11am, I'll wait for about 15 minutes and then we will head in to the sculpture room together. Afterwards we can then meet back there at 1pm and maybe sit in the courtyard and compare drawings! Nearest Tube Stop: South Kensington What Three Words: ///shorts.cards.legs Completely free of charge, no need to sign up, bring a friend. Feel free to drop in for the whole two hours or just short while if you'd prefer. Look for the tall ginger fella with a sketchbook as an indicator of the meetup spot, but feel free to roam as far and wide as you like and sketch anything you damn well please! No payment, no pressure, no need to sign up, just show up and draw for a couple of hours. All levels, abilities and professions welcome, bring a friend! Zero pressure to interact, network, impress in any way, this is just a way to get out and about and appreciate the joy of urban sketching and all the weird and wonderful creatures that inhabit this thriving metropolis.
