Boston AI Build Night - Kickoff Nov-2

The Story

Boston AI Build Night is a working group for people who use AI at work and want to get genuinely good at it and to learn from each other both live and after the sessions. First one. Small on purpose. Bring one task from your actual job that takes longer than it should. Not a hypothetical, not a demo dataset. The real thing, on your laptop. We start with 15 minutes on one technique that holds up under repeated use, not a party trick. Then we spend the bulk of the night working, in pairs, on what people brought. I'll move between pairs. At the end we go around, everyone shows what they got working, and we're honest about what didn't. You should leave with one thing that is faster on Monday than it was on Friday, and a couple of people worth staying in touch with. Bring: a laptop, one real task, and whatever AI tool you already use. No prior setup needed. Mixed experience levels welcome and genuinely useful, since the person one step ahead of you is usually the best teacher. Capped at 4 so everyone gets time. Free.
