All across the globe, **civic life is shifting**: trust in institutions is in steep decline, voter turnout ebbs and flows, and many people feel disconnected from the decisions that shape their communities. * **Can we rebuild a sense of collective responsibility and restore civic participation?** * **What sort of duties, if any, do we have toward others?** * **Why not simply focus on our own affairs — career, finances, personal life, and entertainment?** Agora Network invites you to participate in an evening of dialogue centered around **exploring what civic engagement means today — for democratic politics, community life, and personal responsibility**. We’ll be using the DEMOS Dialogue methodology: a structured, facilitated conversation designed to move beyond debate and into genuine exchange. The DEMOS model is built on a simple but powerful idea: that people with different perspectives and lived experiences can think together — not to reach consensus, but to understand each other more honestly. **No speeches, no winning arguments.
