Welcome :) This will be a relaxed and supportive space for adults who are estranged from one or both parents to connect with others who understand how complicated and isolating this experience can be. This is a peer support group. I am not a therapist, counsellor, psychologist, or other mental health professional, and I am facilitating this group based on shared lived experience rather than professional training. NOTE: there are people using this site to scam people! If you get any emails regarding jobs, etc. It is a scam.
