MAKE DECISIONS THAT HONOUR YOU! When we are stressed or overwhelmed, the voice you most need to hear can be the hardest one to find! Someone asks something of you - and you've said yes before checking in with yourself. Many of us become so used to accommodate other people's wishes that our own quietly slip off the list. BUT YOUR WISHES MATTER EQUALLY. In our October session we'll explore how to hear your own wise self beneath the guilt, old habits and other people's expectations - how to tell the difference between what genuinely serves you and what you've simply become used to going along with. We will talk about self trust, discernment, boundaries and finding your way forward. WHAT DO I ALREADY KNOW = AND CAN I TRUST MYSELF ENOUGH TO ACT ON IT? Come along and create a new chapter in your life, meetup with other supportive people for a supportive conversation about listening to yourself- and finding the courage to follow what you hear.
