The Story

Join us for a lovely hike and yoga session on the beautiful Barton Creek Trailhead. We will meet (as pictured) at the Spyglass entrance. There will be a short meet and greet, followed by an hour long hike (moderate in pace and hills) and we will finish with 10-15 minutes of stanging yoga poses to stretch our hamstrings and glutes. No yoga mat needed but please bring plenty of water and wear comfortable hiking shoes. Message me here with any questions. Looking forward to seeing you!
