Waterfalls Heaven Part II !!! Empire Pass Track (North Lawson) to Hazelbrook.

The Story
**Be prepared for spectacular lush valleys and a parade of 10 incredible waterfalls one after the other for the entire day!** **We will meet at Lawson Town Square at 9.30am (the train from Central leaves at 7.26am from Platform 7 and arrives at 9.20am, but check travel apps closer to the day), outside the Black Cockatoo Bakery where I will be having breakfast with an awesome array of tasty pastries.** **We will walk down to the Empire Pass Walking Track (or North Lawson Waterfall trailhead).** **This circuit runs along freshwater creeks and visits Fairy Falls, Dantes Glen, St Michael’s Falls and Federica Falls.** **Then we will turn towards Hazelbrook and visit Glow Worm Nook Falls – Lower (and Glow Worm Nook Falls – Top if time permits), Horseshoe Falls, Lyrebird Falls, Lena Falls, Oakland Falls and Burguess Falls before making our way to Hazelbrook.** **We will aim to finish by 3.30pm at Hazelbrook Train Station, from which we can catch a train back to Sydney.** **\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*** **DISTANCE: About 15 kms.** **GRADE: Moderate.** **NOTE: No exit points.** **IMPORTANT INFORMATION:** · **Be Prepared: Wear proper hiking shoes for your own safety. Although there are no severe climbs or descents, we will we walking on trails that may be slippery or muddy, especially after rain. Bring at least 2L of water (no refills available) and dress for the weather.
