A monthly live practice session where you stop learning about confidence and start building it. Each month we tackle a different skill. August is Being Yourself, Out Loud. Saying what you actually think without shrinking it, softening it, or swallowing it. Most people know they perform a version of themselves. They know they say "I'm fine" when they're not. They know they agree out loud while disagreeing on the inside. But knowing you wear the mask and being able to take it off are two different things. **That's what this session is for.** In 60 minutes you will learn why your body treats being honest like a threat, the exact way to say what you really think without bracing for rejection, and how to stay open instead of performing when you can feel yourself starting to manage the room. Then you practice it. In real scenarios. With AI coaching. Until being yourself stops feeling risky and starts feeling like the most natural thing you do. Facilitated by **Simba Nyazika** — Body Language and Communication Expert, founder of the Body Language Training Institute, and the architect of a 12,000 person community built on one belief: the gap between who you are and who you want to be is not information. It's action.
