## 🚀 **AI Is About to Change Everything — Join Me for This Session** Hi All, Every year I push myself to earn at least two Microsoft accreditations — usually in areas I’m not currently using but know will be in demand. It’s how I stay ahead of the curve, anticipate industry shifts early, and understand what’s happening across the wider tech landscape. Over the last 12 years, I’ve gone from Analytics Trainer/MI Officer all the way to Chief Technology Officer (CTO). And if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that the “edge” in data never stops moving: MSBI → Azure → Data Science → Fabric → Data Engineering → **AI**. And now… AI has completely changed the game. ### 💡 **Why this session matters** AI is incredible — but navigating Microsoft’s AI certification paths, understanding the routes, and knowing where to start is *not* easy. That’s exactly why I’m running this session. Here’s the simplest way to understand the impact AI has on capability: * **Junior → appears as Senior** * **Senior → appears as multiple Seniors** * **Head/Manager → 10× productivity increase** * **CTO/VP (hands‑on) → team‑level capability** Even with **no prior data experience**, you can outperform someone *not using AI* by **100×**. This isn’t hype — it’s happening right now. ### 🎓 **My latest milestone** I’ve recently achieved the **Microsoft Certified: Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect** badge with a score of **809/1000**, and I’m actively working through the rest of the AI pathways.
