The Story

Bring your smile! We will hike the famous **Fairfax County Cross County Trail (CCT)**. We’ll depart from the **corner of Twin Branches Road and Glade Drive**, following a paved path southward before transitioning to the CCT dirt trail. We will head south for 3 miles and then loop back for a **total of 6 miles**. The route features a pleasant mix of dirt, gravel, and paved surfaces with a few gentle hills, none of which exceed 200 feet in elevation. Along the way, we will navigate a water crossing over **Snake Den Creek** on uneven rocks.
