The Story

Join us and get to know some fellow single folks through your random knowledge of movies, history, food, science, sports, books, and music! **What to expect at trivia:** * This is [Untapped Trivia](https://untappedtrivia.com/), which is on paper and typically has some cool rounds with pictures or audio. * We'll most likely be on the **outdoor patio**, which is covered and has some heaters in the winter and fans in the summer. I'd suggest bringing/wearing **layers**. * We'll **meet at 6:00 to try to snag some good tables next to each other**, and so we can chat and get some [drinks/food](https://www.whiteowlsocialclub.com/menus). * The picnic table you sit at will become your trivia team. Teams can be up to 7 people. Trivia starts promptly at 7 pm (but do please show up closer to 6 if you can) and goes til 9. * Our group is **not hardcore about trivia**. We're focused on having fun and getting to know each other. Don't worry about getting an answer wrong or not knowing any. * **Look for the tables with red candles on them** \- that's where people from our Meetup group will be and sit\. The rest of the folks in White Owl will be general members of the public\. * **When you arrive**, cross your name off the sign-in sheet and (if you want to) grab a conversation starter sticker that will say something like "I really love _____" for you to fill in. **What to expect now on Meetup:** * **The first 30 people to RSVP will go straight to the 'going' list, and after that everyone will go on a waitlist.** I'll move some people over from the waitlist, with a priority going to people who will help balance the gender ratio, haven't no-showed before, are fun/friendly regulars, etc. * I know it's a bummer if you get stuck on the waitlist or don't notice the event until after RSVPs are closed, but **please only show up to play trivia with the group if you're on the 'going' list**.
