The Story

Looking for guidance in your job search and a little community while you're at it? Join us for **Better Together: Micro Mentorship**, an evening built around real advice and real connection. **How it works:** You'll be grouped with 2–4 other job seekers and paired with an experienced mentor for a small-group session. Bring your questions — resume feedback, interview prep, career pivots, industry insight, whatever's on your mind — and get direct advice in a relaxed, low-pressure setting. Mentors may also be able to make an introduction or two from their own network if it's a good fit. But the connection doesn't end when the session does. You'll leave with **accountability partners**, the same small group you met with, to check in, encourage each other, and keep each other moving forward as you continue your search.
