**PURE PRESENCE: From Eye Gazing with Others to Mirror Presence with Yourself** **Note:** Please bring a compact mirror to this session. Pure Presence is a sacred gathering where we slow down and eye gaze in short increments. Together, we rediscover what it means to truly see and be seen. In our final practice, we turn that same quality of presence toward ourselves. Looking into a mirror, we notice our thoughts, emotions, sensations, judgments, and reactions with the same curiosity and compassion we've practiced offering another person throughout the evening. **[Click here](https://drive.google.com/file/d/1auGJfz6gS07LXu7_aF2UddstNxbG_Jrn/view?usp=sharing) if you'd like to learn more about Tribe of One Love's Pure Presence sessions.** **We gather to** * Practice the art of sacred witnessing * Awaken awareness through intentional presence * Experience connection beyond words * Heal disconnection through attention and stillness * Practice both witnessing and receiving through conscious presence * Extend that same presence and compassion toward ourselves We do this not as a novelty, but as a rhythm for our community to anchor presence, connection, and shared humanity. **Sacred Witnessing** The practice of remaining fully present with another person while setting aside judgment, interpretation, and agenda.
