Whether you're battling communication breakdowns or just trying to get components from Figma to production without a fight, you'll leave with concrete strategies you can put to work right away. **Talk 2: Beyond the Platform: co-creating better childcare access** [Clementina Gentile](https://www.linkedin.com/in/clementinagentile/), Service Designer @ Digitaal Vlaanderen Childcare access in Flanders is fragmented across municipalities, providers, local service desks, IT platforms and the Flemish childcare authority. This creates inconsistent experiences for parents, administrative burdens for professionals and unreliable data on unmet demand. In this project, Opgroeien, Digitaal Vlaanderen and VBJK used a co-creative service design approach to explore how the entire system could work better.
