**Men’s 40+ Journaling Circle — Second Gathering** Let’s get together for a relaxed, low-pressure afternoon of journaling and conversation. This is a new group for men 40+ who are interested in taking a little time to slow down, reflect, write, and connect with other guys in the Twin Cities. **No journaling experience is necessary.** You don’t have to consider yourself a “writer,” and there’s nothing you need to prepare ahead of time. For our first gathering, we’ll: * Spend a little time getting acquainted * Do a few short, guided journaling exercises * Share thoughts and observations if we feel comfortable * Leave plenty of room for informal conversation You can bring your favorite notebook and pen, or simply use whatever you have available (I will bring notepads and pens). There’s no expectation that anyone has to share anything personal. You can participate as much or as little as you’d like. **The goal is simply to create a comfortable space for men in their 40s, 50s, 60s and beyond to slow down, reflect, and meet some other people.** Come as you are.
