The Story
**Health Goals In Real Life** ***Note: During the meeting we ask that cameras are on to provide a safe and confident environment.*** Many of us find it easier to care for ourselves when life is predictable. Dessert might happen several nights in a row. Sleep may not be perfect. **Different doesn't automatically mean unhealthy.** And health includes more than nutrition and exercise. **Connection, pleasure, laughter, relationships, rest, novelty, culture, celebration, and belonging matter too.** ### Find Your Anchors Instead of creating rigid rules for social situations, consider choosing a few flexible **an
